About Valleyboy

Standards and ethics

Valleyboy is an independent newsroom covering frontier models, MCP, infrastructure and the people who build them. It is published by Valleyboy Publishing, LLC.

Sourcing

Every factual claim rests on a source a reader can check. We go to the primary source first: the filing, the transcript, the court record, the release notes, the company's own announcement. When a claim comes from someone else's reporting, we name the publication. A claim we could not confirm is either left out or labeled as unconfirmed.

Attribution and quotes

Quotes are verbatim and attributed to a named person or document. We do not invent quotes. The one exception is satire, which is always labeled on the page as satire with an invented quote, so it can never be mistaken for reporting.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so at the end of the article, with the date of the change. Articles show both the time they were published and the time they were last updated. Send corrections to tips@valleyboy.io.

How articles are made

Articles are drafted with the help of AI tools and checked against our written standard for sourcing, accuracy and language before they are published. A person is responsible for every article that goes out.

Independence and advertising

We do not publish sponsored posts and no advertiser sees or shapes an article before it is published. Advertising appears only on article pages, is served by Google, and is visibly separate from the reporting.
